Creating Wellness
Would you like to transform your life in the New Year? We are very excited to offer everyone the opportunity to experience true wellness in their lives. Starting in January, we will be introducing a revolutionary system called Creating Wellness to our office. It fits beautifully with what we do already as it deals with the reasons people come to see their chiropractor – negative stress.
The state of the art computer-based system allows us to analyze the three areas of negative stress in your life. From that information, your Wellness Quotient is generated. This number, somewhat like your I.Q., gives you a sense of whether you are below average, average or above average. However, your Wellness Quotient is something that you can work on and improve. This is the next step in the system
If you choose to work on your Wellness Quotient, we have programs that specifically address the three areas of negative stress in your life – physical, bio-chemical and emotional. During these programs, you receive weekly coaching to help keep you on track and motivated. Your Wellness Quotient will also be re-assessed throughout the process.
This program has the potential to improve the benefits you receive from chiropractic care and also improve your overall health and wellness. You can check out the program at
www.creatingwellness.com and stay tuned to upcoming announcements and newsletters. See you in 2007!
Question of the Month
Is Santa Claus under regular chiropractic care?
A few Christmases ago, Santa wasn’t feeling up to par and was worried he would be grounded. His number one elf told him to go see his chiropractor because he was able to do so much more since starting chiropractic care. Although skeptical, Santa gave it a chance because he was miserable. It’s not much wonder jolly old St. Nick was feeling worn out. All the hurry and tension, not to mention the size of his pack, had taken its toll on his spine and nervous system. Once he started care, he felt the aches and pains slip away and his health return. He even remarked that it had been centuries since he felt that good! Now Santa sees his chiropractor regularly to stay healthy and all his stress doesn’t stand a chance. Wishing you all the best of the Holiday Season and a healthier New Year!

Office Happenings
1. Office Closings. The office will be closed from Friday December 22 until Tuesday January 2. So the last day I will be in the office this year is Thursday December 21. The office will re-open Wednesday January 3 for regular office hours.
2. Adopt-a-Family. A huge thank you to all of those people who donated to help a local family celebrate Christmas that they otherwise would not have been able to. Through the Central Alberta Women’s Outreach Society, a family with a single dad and three kids were given food vouchers and presents to make their Holiday Season a bit more special. Thanks again!
